Weekly security checks include visual inspection of the walls, ceilings and floors.

Inspect home after storms (fallen trees, flooding, etc).
Verify thermostat settings when temperatures are low.

Keyholder Service - $275/year
In possession of your property’s keys and/or key-codes, we are your emergency contact and provide 24/7 availability. We can also provide you photos of the premises, as required.
KVPM consists of a service for homeowners to have their property checked, following a set of procedures or guidelines to ensure the homeowner has peace of mind that their property has someone local in Nelson with keys to their home who can address issues quickly while being compliant with their insurance policy.Contracts can vary in form, from a yearly key holder position with per-use fee, to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly checks, or as the client requires.
